TWA Investigation and Security Services LLC was founded in 2016 by William “Will” Alexander. Will started his career in 1985 in the United States Air Force (USAF) where he proudly served as a Security Forces member for ten years of active duty with permanent assignments in the U.S., Korea and Turkey and temporary assignments in Greece and Germany. Following his military career, Will became a Florida state certified law enforcement officer and began his career with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) in Tampa, Florida while simultaneously maintaining a USAF Reserve status. During his tenure at HCSO, Will was one of many reservists nationwide recalled to active duty following the events of September 11, 2001.  Will started his HCSO career in patrol and worked in various capacities throughout his nearly twenty-year HCSO career to include working as a Street Crimes Deputy, Special Investigations Detective, Gang Unit Detective, General Investigations Detective and as a Supervisor with the Recruitment and Screening Section.

After Will obtained his private investigation and security licenses, he decided to utilize his experience to serve in a private capacity after an honorable public service career.  With his extensive investigative background, he has the expertise to ensure his team upholds the highest of industry standards and obtains accurate, admissible evidence for use in litigation and pre-litigation as well as provide Class A security for all clients. Will is also an active member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI).

Our private investigators and security officers not only are licensed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) but also have extensive, on-the-job experience. Our team averages over 20+ years of experience and most come from a law enforcement, military, or federal investigation background to include but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Federal Probation and Parole, United States Army, Colorado Springs Police Department, New York Police Department and the Boston Police Department to name a few.
